I gave one star because I cant put 0 star. This is just to warning to other client/consumers like me. Please be warned if you want assistance from Vodacom The Glen Branch. Before visiting that branch, know your customer's rights. They take advantage of the client if the client is clueless about their rights. The customer service is poor, they don't follow their company Policy. If the policy is in favour with the client, they will tell you that their policy doesn't enforce them but enforces you as client.
