vodacom the glen
I purchased a laptop at the glen under a contract - the sales consultant who's name is Matthew clearly was clueless when it came to selling a product - we specifically asked for a laptop with 8GM ram only to realize that these *******s sold us a 4GB RAM - then their manager Romano says his following up with Lenovo - but I mean what incompetence is that - surely you should know what you selling us - I see this as ***** and will not accept this bull**** - sort this out

10 Feb 2021, 11:15What the hell is happening regarding this issue - the assistant manager at vodacom is telling my wife that they need the polystyrene to cancel the contract - what ***en **** is that - i want that contract cancelled as soon as possible - vodacom at the glen are absolute *****s - matthew the sales consultant - if you can call him that due to total incompetence are lying and saying we asked for something we didnt - store must check all fuekn cameras and recordings - that romano and his assistant are not assisting us at all - can head office get involved and sort those idiots out - I'm ***en tired of this **** - cancel my ***en contract asap

11 Feb 2021, 10:37This morning my wife called Vodacom at the Glen and those *******s are still being so unhelpful - I promise you if I dont get my contract cancelled I will have to escalate this problem to people who can assist me - Vodacom at the Glen are saying they cant cancel a contract which we didnt want in the 1st place - I want all recordings of the store so everyone can hear what we ordered , also this incorrect contract was not even 14 days old before we realized the theft by Vodacom - as I know Mr Joosub I will be on contact with him if I dont hear anything back from those idiots at the Glen who have cheated us and are now not willing to accept and own up to their mistake
