You see then i seem like a crazy one when I say professionalism doesn’t exist anymore how can they send a statement that is almost triple your monthly statement, they just do whatever they want, there is no customer care you wake like an upstanding citizen wanting to pay bills like an adult then boom my monthly statement is less than R2000 but they send be a bill of more than R4900, yoh im tired of complaining about everything can we just have working systems, im tired of fighting companies that don’t respect a mere customer i just want to pay my bills without all the frills and just smooth professionalism, I guess nowadays thats a lot to ask for even if its price increase which we just had recently it won’t be this much, yall are exhausting the world is crazy I don’t need this drama, sort yourselves out or let me know if you don’t need me as a customer anymore this is drama is draining
