Vodacom the devil in disguise

I have logged so many complaints for this company to come and fetch their router and cancel my service. Up until today since last year May I have this thing and don't use it and keep getting charged month to month. My bill is on R9000 now. The most horrible company please beware I don't want to take it to the vodacom store as they are also useless. I have been logging complaints since last year and each time consultant calls gathers info and drops call and never calls back. No response on emails as well. If This router isn't fetched in this week I will take it further.
