Vodacom the Corporate Dragon or just a Big Gang of *******.

Well Vodacom the corporate Dragon!!!!!! I have been a Vodacom client since 1994.In August 2018 by moble service is suspended due to non payment....I get a R 12000 bill ,I wonder why???? I called the CUSTOMER CARE Now that is an Oxy***** !!!! I checked my invoices and I had loads of subscriptions which I did not take out and I was even being billed for subscriptions that according to my bill I had accessed!!!!!!Even though my phone was switched off and left with my Mom in January this year ,,when I went away on a sabbatical for 10 days.Then the biggest shock of all on account no N ********** -2 ,I get 1000 minuets and 3 gigs of data a month and in May 2018 I still bought an additional 7 gigs of data .Suddenly VODACOM ARE COVERTING MY TALK TIME INTO DATA. I am charged just over R4000.00 for this privilege.I have called customer service I have called Vodacom JHB was cut off 3 times and when I did talk to someone they never bothered to call me back. Went to Vodacom in the Pavilion in Durban , NOT VERY HELP FULL INDEED . And to make matters worse They hand me over to a Debt collecting agency while still being billed for a service I cannot use and while I am trying to sort there mess out....Vodacom are completely uncaring , unhelpful , unprofessional and the worst is ......They are ******* they are *****ing our money. If Vodacom has any Integrity left at all ,they will contact me and sort my problem out to my satisfaction ..I can only wait and wonder...Corporats spend billions attracting customers and nothing to keep them....Lets seeeeeee
