Vodacom, the communication specialists who lost the ability to communicate. Part 5

After nearly 4 months of back and forth using Hellopeter as a communications medium, Vodacom have still not got it right. I now have more than 6 months of non payments with the credit bureaus, because of the fictitious paper trail they created after I cancelled my accounts with them in November 2020. They claim to have sent letters of credit to the credit bureaus, which they didnt. Letters say that the accounts are paid up are lies, as there never was an account, and now I must sit with these non payments on my credit record for three years. Vodacom is the most enept company I have ever delt with!
