So after going through the whole process of getting my contract stopped and myname cleared at the credit bureaus, I discovered that Vodacom has only stopped one contract, despite me having both reference numbers. This is most inconvenient as I am now out of country for a few months and they cannot call me. Vodacom are the most *********** communicators that I have ever come across. Their gate keeper's have made it impossible to have a dialogue with them. They use telephone numbers that are generic and send emails from email addresses that are not monitored.
