Vodacom, the communication specialists who lost the ability to communicate. Part 3

So following on from my previous reviews I have come to the conclusion that Vodacom dont want a two way dialogue with there customer's as they use gatekeepers to prevent answers to their communications, ie generic customer service email addresses and telephone numbers.

This has led to a protracted battle to get my name cleared with the credit agencies. Last year in November due to my employment situation I cancelled two cell contracts that had expired in 2019 and received reference numbers for the cancellations. Vodacom continued to bill me and eventually handed me over to the credit bureaus. After dialog via Hellopeter, (unfortunately) they credited the account in question, but did not sort it out with the credit bureaus. After another communication, ( again using Hellopeter) I received a letter say that the account had been settled, but that the supposed non payment could not be removed from the credit bureaus due to existing laws.

VODACOM have mislead the credit bureaus by say that I settled the accounts in question. The accounts were credited internally to cover up their ineptitude in the accounting department.

VODACOM does not care about its customers, this is demonstrated by their gatekeepers in the communication process and their lack of concern for their customer's credit records.
