Vodacom, the communication specialists who lost the ability to communicate.

I have had numerous contracts with Vodacom for the last 15 years. With every new contract itemized billing was always mandatory. So when I canceled two contracts, which had expired more than a year previously, I expected some sort of final bill. I however received no communication from Vodacom, and the installment was higher than the previous months. I had canceled the stop order to Vodacom, but the installments kept going off my bank account, and I had to keep reversing the transactions. Finally last month I received a notification from a credit bureau say that I had been handed over, and my credit rating has subsequently been adversely affected. I have tried to contact the credit bureau, to no avail.

So after have roughly 12 contracts over a period of 12 years with a communications specialist, I am being blacklisted because they have lost the ability to communicate.

Hi

***-2

Since your reply I have received a notification from Vodacom Subscriber Collections informing me that I am to be handed over to a Debt Collection Agency. This is the first correspondence that I have received from Vodacom since I cancelled the account. Feedback on your proposed actions and the intentions of the letter would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Kind regards
