Vodacom.. The biggest telecommunications ****mers

I have recieved calls on from Vodacom on two separate occasions where they tried to get me to upgrade on an existing contract. On both occasions I EXPLICITLY told the sales people that I DO NOT want to upgrade to a new device. I instead opted for a data only deal that they recommended. Today I find that my account has been debited with the amount of BOTH the data deal and an upgraded device contract. I do not even have the device device they claim to I have agreed to! After logging a query, I am told that it is "invalid" and that I had agreed to this contract. I asked them to send me the call recording where I supposedly agreed to a contract. They have since refused. I plan to take legal action against Vodacom. This is complete ******* and *****ulent! I was warned about the type of company that they are and they have proved the rumors to be true.
