Vodacom the biggest ******** in the communication industry

My husband recently passed away. He had a Vodacom contract which I intended to honor until the contract come to an end, the end of November'21. I went through the whole application process for the contract to be transferred to my name. I was contacted today and advised that my application for transfer was declined due to a negative payment trend. The lady that assisted met at the Vodacom shop in Centurion even told met that I have a good credit score. I am so ****ed as Vodacom was quick to recently renew my two cellphone contracts without question. I pay my contracts every month. I would love to know when and how did I get a negative payment trend? The last time I had issues with Vodacom was when they cancelled my payment and told me that I never paid. I gave them proof of payment and reported them the ICASA. ICASA forced them to correct this. It was corrected and Vodacom had to apologize as it was negligence on their side. How can I be held responsible for their negligence?!!!! Vodacom constantly drives met crazy with marketing phone calls to because according to them, I am a good customer and they want to reward me. They only want to cancel to contract so that I still have to pay for it without any benefit to me!!!!! Vodacom can go and fly a kite!!! If they are not willing to transfer this account to my name, then they have a snow***** hope that they will get one cent from me. No claim will either be processed. I will make sure of it.

Monday was the last I heard of Vodacom. Just a phone call from a person called Dean. He said that he would refer it to their legal department. I am still waiting for them to respond. Guess they think that if they ignore me I will go away.
