Vodacom - THE BIG telecommunications BULLY

I am so upset with Vodacom I will never buy another product from them again. When they need payment for their damn expensive contracts they are very friendly and constantly in contact. However, when they have received what was due to them to hell with you the customer. The whole day i have been trying to get someone to assist me in removing the judgement they have placed against me, and no one seems to care enough to help. I get shoved from pillar to post. contract departments puts me through to legal department, legal department puts me through to collections, and so the cycle continues. I am very disappointed in them, as i have been loyal to them for years now and can't believe i too have fallen victim to their terrible customer service.
