VODACOM the bad company to get cellphones from

Last year October I was due for an upgrade on my two cellphones, a representative from vodacom called me and interested me in upgrading my contracts -which she called daily and even sent me the cell phone options on whtsapp. I agreed to the particular contracts and phones that were offered ,I was told my phones will be courierd to me . I waited for my phones end of October as promised that they will be delivered by Ram and to my dismay they were not delivered to me till this day . The worst thing is that monthly I am debited for the phones I don't even have and when I go to VODACOM outlets or stores-I am told to call the number that called me when the sale was made with no help given to me nor even checking on the system . This is the worst experience from VODACOM I've been a loyal customer since 2006 . The retards and embeciles that call themselves representatives don't do anything to help on the phone and in store instead I am called for paying for the contract phones that I didn't receive. Vodacom is only good at receiving my money at this point .
