Vodacom - the absolute worst in Customer Care!

Vodacom is the absolute Worst service provider! I was violently ****** of my cellphone and asked Vodacom to block my number. It is a business phone. Now when I try to make a call I am informed .."your service has been suspended." I went to the Vodaom shop (Chatz). The agent tried for 40minutes, over and over to contact Customer IdontCARE - kept on trying. The system is useless! I was advised the only way is to DRIVE to Vodacom Head office in person! I am livid! Not enough a traumatic ******* - now traumatised by Vodacom! I've been a client for THREE DECADES. I'm done with this disgusting treatment!
