Vodacom - TERRIBLE TO NO ASSISTENCE.
We have been dealing with Vodacom for over 12 years now. (B***) We are in the tracking industry and use their M2M sim cards for Data for our units. We have been using these cards to Roam, (over 200 contracts) but for the last month (4 weeks) Zimbabwe has not been working. The Vehicles go over the boarder into Zimbabwe and stop tracking, then they go into Mozambique or Zambia and start working again. When they come back to SA they start working again. The worst thing is Vodacom have NOT assisted us in any way!!!! No answers as to what is going on even though these are THEIR M2M sim cards activated for roaming. We must have sent over 50 emails.... Michael Botes from Alisom has been our go between and Vodacom don't even give him the feedback needed for us to get this sorted out. It is disgusting that after all these years Vodacom cannot help us to get this sorted as it worked in the past and now it is not??? Crossboarder tracking into Zimbabwe is a majority of our Business so very frustrating for us that they don't even care... When we email they ignore!!!!! We would like some resolutions to how to get this sorted out and also credits to be passed as we had to do the same for our Customers. Craig Seely Two Voice Solutions ***
Still no joy and nothing working in Zimabwe and to make matters worse Vodacom bill us R148 495.46 bill for these exact sims that HAVENT worked for nearly 5 weeks now!!!!
All our M2M sims are supposed to have R300 lock limits in place as well, never mind that they havent worked. We had to credit our customers out so lets see what Vodacom does.
We as a Vodacom customer pay approximately R28000 a month for YEARS and now this?? As we mentioned before we have been a vodacom customer for over 12 years now so how is this possible?
This is unreal and wonder if they will assist us?
