vodacom - terrible service

absolutely terrible service from vodacom. having cancellation issues from November 2020. takes vodacom over 2 weeks to reply to emails sent. our company had 3 services with vodacom. 2 services were requested to be cancelled in november and december 2020. vodacom attends to the cancellation at the end of march 2021. however, they cancel the 1 service that was not requested and they bill us for the services that were supposed to be cancelled.
