Vodacom terrible service!

After my previous review about Vodacom Insurance I have not received any call or email assisting me with this issue.Absolutely pathetic service!They need to sort out thier mistakes and not make others pay for it!I must commend Ballito Vodacom as they tried to assist me but there was so much they could do from their side.

Call center agents on the other end are very unhelpful.

Vodacom/ insurance get your act together I have been a customer for years with you people and this is how you treat your dedicated customers!
