Vodacom terrible service

I would actually like to give them a minus 1 rating. Terrible service. I am struggling for more than two months that someone contact me or get back to me regarding the upgrades Vodacom offered me and then deducts different much higher amounts every month via debt order. I have tried contacting the numbers given with no luck. I have sent numerous emails but still no luck. Nobody gets back to me. But every month they deduct the wrong amount. If a get a stop order we will not be able to use our phones.
