Vodacom Terrible Service

I have been experiencing Apple purchases on my Vodacom account that are not mine. I have complained to vodacom for months with no joy. Today they gave me the ***** number ,when i rang the number the message said mailbox is full.

There is actually no one to assist you. I am considering open a ***** charge against vodacom.
