Vodacom Terrible Service

i had an account with Vodacom, i closed the account and paid it off in 2019, i have been requesting to receive the settlement letter since then and todate i have not received any, now Vodacom listed me on ITC for owing them. i have sent proof of payment several time and the is one one willing to assist.
