Vodacom TERRIBLE service!

I will never trust Vodacom again. After paying the contract in full at the Vodacom store and speaking with several agents, I finally reached someone in the retention department who essentially called my wife and me foolish for not reading a document stating that another debit order must be processed before canceling the contract. When she pointed out the document's wording, he said he would escalate the issue but that it would take 3-5 days to resolve, which contradicts what I signed in the agreement.
