Hi Vodacom. Extremely dissatisfied with your service. My phone was booked in for repairs 7/4/2022 at Fourways vodacom. It couldnt be repaired & a credit was approved for a new device. Reference given was RAVGCK. However, nobody at Fourways or anywhere else can pick up the credit for a new device. After numerous phone calls & emails over the last few weeks, I have resorted to this tweet.

Hi . No feedback received. Totally unacceptable service. A device couldnt be repaired, a new device was approved. How difficult can it be? Ive provided all communication & ref numbers
