Vodacom terrible customer service (Ms Zakithi)

Vodacom has the most unprofessional and rude collection call center consultants that I've ever had to deal with in my entire life. A lady by the name of Zakithi gave me worst service ever and she was very rude and unprofessional to me when handling my call. I called regarding my account which I was billed for insurance policy that I called four months ago. She is bad for your brand and you will customers with kind of service. I cant wait for both of my contacts to expire in January 2021. Will never renew with kind of poor service from such a big company as yours. You must be ashamed to employ peoe like that. Train your employees customers service before dealing with people.
