Vodacom Terrible Customer Service

You can have a look at my previous review on Vodacom and how they don't respond to my follow ups. They give you a call after you log a review but after that it goes into the ether. No surprise because this is how useless they are. I have been dealing with their support for months and it has gone nowhere. Useless fools.

So I will keep writing reviews until they actually address my query.
