Vodacom terrible customer service

Vodacom have the worst customer service ever! The only way they help you is if their image is on the line (ie people posting on hellopeter). I told them over a month ago to cancel my internet they said by the end of last month it would be cancelled this month comes and its still active i contact their call centre and i am told i must be put thru to a different department once waiting to get through to that department the call is ended, ive called multiple times and cannot get thru to vodacom the call keeps getting ended. Ive contacted them on the customer support email no response from their either. It is a constant problem to get a hold of anyone useful at vodacom none of their stores can help you (which is crazy that a vodacom store cant help you with your vodacom internet service) their call centre half of the time either doesnt want to help you or you are waiting online or they are bush so the lines keep dying and then noone contacts you back about your enquiry even thou the call was ended from their side. Terrible service. Honestly dont think I will ever be buying from vodacom again from my favourite to my worst in under a year well done vodacom on terrible service.
