Vodacom terrible as usual.

So I posted here on Hellopeter about our vodacom network being off and not working for the past 5 days that has now become almost 2 weeks. Vodacom said they would contact me. They never did. So vodacom. How do I go about getting a refund for the money paid without service being delivered. This service is completely unacceptable
