Vodacom telesales - beware

I was approached by Austin from "Like Minds" a Vodacom telesales agent affiliated to recruitment company 121 Talent early this year offering a service migration cost saving. Austin has since left but processed the service migration downgrade as a 24 month locked contract upgrade!! Half a dozen calls to ********** have yielded little but promises to call back An e-mail to ********** has gone unanswered At Vodacom Blue Route mall they offered to log a request on the system but felt that this would also be ignored and suggested Hello Peter! I suggest caution in dealing with Vodacom telesales
