VODACOM TELESALES ARE CON ARTISTS AND A CRIME SYNDICATE!!

VODACOM TELESALES ARE CON ARTISTS AND VODACOM IS NOTHING MORE THAN A CRIME SYNDICATE!! I am a Vodacom Business client and have several contracts with Vodacom. On the 19th August 2021 their telesales people phoned me and advised that they have analysed my contracts and they can save me money by making some changes to my contracts. The call centre lady rattled off I whole bunch of info. I asked her to email me so that I could review the info. She said she would, but said that they were going to make the changes and I would have 30 days in which to revert back to my original contracts if I was not happy. I never received any email with the relevant info. 3 weeks later I received my account and noticed that our account was up by more than 20%. I phoned Vodacom Business and advised the agent that I wanted to revert back to the old contract. She said I would be charged R3800 to change back as we were now in a new month. I told her this was not acceptable as I was still within the 30 days. She said it had to be changed back within the same calendar month. I told her this is unacceptable as the sales agent said 30 days. She said she would have to get a copy of the recording to confirm this. It is now a month later and I have not had any feedback. I have a reference number, and whenever I call they tell me that my case has been escalated and I should get a call back within the same day, and that does not happen. My payment comes off again tomorrow, so I will once again be paying for Vodacom's incompetence or intentional theft. ONCE AGAIN WE HAVE A CORPORATE COMPANY *****ING OVER SMALL BUSINESS IN THESE DIFFICULT TIMES.
