Vodacom Telesales

On 16 May 2017, I was managing an Event. I received a call from a Vodacom Telesales person. I told her in no uncertain terms that I was busy and did not have time. She proceeds to tell me that "it will only take a minute"!!!!! I just ended the call as Vodacom Telesales have no end. The following day (May 17th) I received another call. I told them that I was not interested. "They want to discuss my data usage and how they can help". I told her in no uncertain terms that I am NOT interested. Does she not ask me "what is the problem that I have with the call"!!!!!!!!!!! This after I had told her that I am not interested. Then asks me again. By now I was LIVID. I asked her if she has her list in front of her that tells her how NOT to treat a customer. This is not the first time I have experienced this with Vodacom. When you ask that they send an email regarding this offer, they are not able to. My contract comes up for renewal shortly and I will be thinking long and hard about whether to stay with Vodacom.
