Vodacom Tele Sales
I have been with Vodacom for many many years and have never had any reason to complain. On the 18th of February 20 I received a call from Vodacom Rewards offering a much better data deal than I was currently on on two of my contracts. I subsequently found out that I could have received a free Samsung Galaxy Tab S6( worth R16,000) had I upgraded instore. I raised a complaint but I have been denied a copy of the recording of the initial call. I would like to have the option of receiving my free Samsung Galaxy Tab S6.
