Vodacom Technicians ERASE my personal email!!!

I have been using vodamail for years...I used the facility as a means to store valuable documentation such as those relating to my home, Insurance and other personal matters... A few days ago my wife and each get "sign-in failed" notifications on our mobile phones...Entering the current password did not work, nor did resetting it...We made calls to the call centre and the agents could not assist us and had to log support tickets with the technical department...This morning I get an SMS saying the ticket was "resolved" and closed...I try to login into my vodamail and I surely could...only to discover that everything has been erased!!!!!! I call the call centre and the agent politely tells me that there is no way to retrieve my information at all!!!! Where is the fine print in the terms and conditions of their email service concerning the negligence and malicious management of personal information??!?! The agent explained that when the ticket is logged and that department "erases" your email there is no way to retrieve it!??! I have a call recording... I want my answers ASAP before I take this matter further...

A week ago your advanced technical team member called me...He tried to make it sound as if the account, when configured as POP3, does not keep a copy of the email on the server....But he couldn't explain to me why I had used over half of my 3GB of my allocation - I explained I have always configured it to keep a copy...He also couldn't explain what happened to my folders which were created seperately to archive my old mails which we both agree is not affected by POP3 config...and there is no explanation to how they disappeared.....He said he will investigate further...still haven't heard back a week later and today my email started popping up the same Sign-in message again...the frustration is really building now...I am not naming the technician since I believe there is a corresponding department that is too blame here, not him directly...Get my personal information out of your server recycle bin and into my hands soon Vodacom...Thank you...
