Vodacom technician failed to repair my screen twic

My screen broke and i took it for repairs with vodacom repairs centre in hatfield. I got my phone back after waiting for 3 weeks. I noticed that the screen was still loose and i returned it back to the store. I got the phone back after a week (after i complained on hello peter). On the day i got the phone, there was an internal mark that appeared on the corner of the screen, they told me its a feather and they'll give me a new screen. That never happened. Now a week later, the entire right side of the phone, including where i saw the mark is loose. when i press it, it sinks and comes back up. Second time and im experiencing the same problem. Im not happy. This could mean another 3 weeks without my phone because of an *********** technician. Im worried that this is going to affect the functioning of the phone in the long term as its being opened and faultily fitted too many times!!!!!
