Vodacom technician deletes not repairs

Received my upgrade ph with at least 4 feattures missing, CC told me to take to tech shop, no charge, they tried to refuse, I insisted, the technician, LEE, was meant to download bb link onto my ph, she went and did a upgrade without backing up properly, I lost all my contacts, some files and my whole bussines. I ph CC, Reuben put both me and tech on conf call, she tried to deny it, I then laid a complaint, to get a reply to return to shop, what for, she lost it all and admitted it couldn't be retrieved, now my bussiness gone, but I must still pay, with this gross incompetence, I want out, this is not the 1st problem I've had with Vodacom, its been ongoing for 3 years.
