Vodacom technically useless

I have had the most horrific experience with vodacom where they have just pushed me from pillar to post. I am unable to send an email from my phone they have told me to wait 3 days and an expert will call to help me 1 and a half weeks later they tell me my problem has been resolved but still I cannot send an email I have been to vodacom shops who also have just sent me else where without even looking at my phone I have spoken to the Helpdesk people daily but no one can help. Will definitely look at porting my number as Vodacom does not appear to have the technical expertise to sort out what to me should be a relatively simple problem. Really the most disappointing service I have ever experienced in my life
