Vodacom talks to no-one

If I could I would rate them ZERO. I have merged countless complaints, queries, requests, emails (even to CEO) but my SIM swop problem stays unresolved. I get the message Vodacom will get back to you. NO ONE DOES!!!! yet Hello Peter shoes they have come back. What is the next step? Must the clients join forces and take Vodacom to court or demand it's EXCO team designs? *** SIM ******05. Please, please, please could someone resolve this problem. I cannot afford to pay R400 petrol every time to go to the nearest Vodacom. The matter has been escalated twice. I receive an SMS saying resolved but the SIM still does not work. No email, no feedback no further instructions. Pathetic service and apparently staff are not equipped to resolve problems.

Reviewer Update
Finally yesterday a young gentleman called Marlin called me back. He says he is trouble shooting to see if he can help me. It took him less than a minute to determine what the problem is and indicate how I can resolve it. I asked him to call back this morning which he promptly did. The biggest problem of getting my SIM working has been resolved. He will call again on Monday to check on me. This is what I hope for when I contact a business. Identify what's wrong, even if it's clients own stupidity like in this case, advise the client what to do and how to do it, then follow up that it works. Thank you Marlin for ending the hell of being a Vodacom client. My compliments to you sir.
