Vodacom Talking points ****

I received a message from Vodacom saying I have 5340 talking points and that it would expire soon if I don't redeem them. I then went on the link I ws sent and it had a few products to choose from.

However when I try to redeem any of them it won't go oast the card details page. I have tried everything but its just not working. I feel like I am being ****med because first I didnt even know that talking points still exist, secondly i get told 24 hours before it expires and third I can't redeem the points at all now.

I have been a very loyal customer for the past 10 years, as I have had only vodacom numbers since I first got a phone but this is how you are treated when it comes to rewards and gifts.

I tried to get the earphones, the mi airfryer and the toothbrush but I cant redeem.

Very disappointed and I am definitely leaving this network this time around.. Sorry not sorry
