Vodacom Talking Points

Recently i wemt to my local vodashop which is located in Kuruman in the Northern Cape to go exchange my talking points that is currently 1200 point for a mobile phone. The consultant told me that i should phone the talking point department to hear if they can help me to exchange my points cause they can't do it in store. I got the talking points departments number and phoned that and they said that they can't assist me in this matter and that it should only be done instore which is understandable. So i went to the store again on the 4th May 2019 and the talking point department spoke to the consultant that said that they are unable to help me and they said they'll phone me on monday 6th to give me feedback on how they will resolve my issue but got no response. On the 10th i phoned talking points department again and till today vodashop Kuruman and the talking points department have not contacted me to resolve this issue. I've been a vodacom client for 11 years and im not happy with this service that I've recieved
