Vodacom talk to me please??

I have been a customer of Vodacom for many years. This month suddenly R300 extra was taken from my debit order! I phoned them and was met with a very helpful consultant who told me that it was because my contract had expired?

No warning !!!

I phoned to cancel my contract immediateley.

I was persuaded by another consultant to take out a more reasonable contract and I requested that the extra money taken off my account be refunded to me.

Nothing has happened. In fact my account shows that all that the extra money is going to be taken off again in December.

I have tried phoning and talking to somebody and it is impossible. In the process i have gotten my account balance sent to me 4 times - that's all.

I know this is against the law. You can not take more money on a debit order without warning.

Please help!!
