VODACOM TAKING PEOPLES' MONEY

On 19 January 2019, I went to Vodacom to pay a premature cancellation charge of R1,957.25 as I wanted to to cancel my old phone which had stopped working so that I can take a another contract. I therefore cancelled the old phone and got a new one but Vodacom continue to charge me instalment for the cancelled phone together with the new phone until May 2019 and this was due to me calling them about 4 times. Every time I called they promised to refund but to no avail, Today 06 July 2019 I called the customer service and after spending about 20 or so minutes with a consultant, she I was only going to get a refund of one month because the old phone was only cancelled in Mid June 2019 and that was excluding the insurance. Finally, I requested to speak to a supervisor or manager and he came and told me they cannot help me and that I have to go to the store where I cancelled in January 19. I am sick and tired of such a big company with no sense of customer service and taking hard earned money from their customer in a **********ly manner. Doesn't Vodacom have any integrity as their core value? I am ashamed of you Vodacom as this is really pathetic.
