VODACOM TAKING OUR DATA
Why am i going through so much data when my phone is not in use and logged out of apps Then a message comes through your data is running low then two minutes later your data has run out REALLY YOU ARE *****ING OUR DATA..
I am not the only person complaining many have changed to other networks.. My brothers was here from Australia. and went through R400 in one day and never went on any apps. He was horrified at how expensive Vodacom is and the high data usage from Vodacom.. Should this continue i will move to another network taking 10 people with me as well....You have been warned this is the last ..You are *****ing our data Vodacom and this buying data daily is shocking

Kindly be advised that data doesn’t just disappear. It’s either being used by open applications, updates, auto video downloads or pictures. You are the owner of your device and should monitor your usage via a Data Monitoring App. There are self-help options available for you to be able to check your data bundle balance via *111# or the My Vodacom App. In most smartphones there is an option to view consumption of data. You can do the follow below to confirm what consumed your data bundle: Android Devices: Go to settings, Tap on Data Usage and the list of Apps which utilized the data will appear there. Please also have a look at the links below to help manage your data:

You have taken data from us before please do your moment before replying to clients..Secondly I was with my sister in Vodo shop; when they admitted that data was disappearing a while back because of a problem Vodacom had...thirdly I have all my apps closed and I wait and listen to your prompts telling me. you have so much left and and then wait sorry you have now run out. the next message comes through HOW CAN IT RUN IT WHEN I AM NOT USING IT..THOSE ARE YOU MESSAGES... I WILL BE LOOKING CHANGING TO ANOTHER PROVIDER YOU ARE OVER CHARGING AND JUDGING BY OTHERS COMPLAINTS I AM RIGHT..
