Vodacom taking no responsibility for faulty charger supl**** with new handset.

I'm very disappointed with the service received from Samsung after my partner and I took out a cellphone contract in Dec 2018. The charger for the phone stopped working a few weeks after purchase. This was due to the charger being faulty as no damage occurred to the charger, it just stopped working. This faulty charger also damaged the phone, as the phone stopped charging and complained of water damage that never occurred. I took the phone back to Vodacom to be repaired, I am told Vodacom refuses to replace the charger under warranty...they fixed the device but will not replace the faulty charging head. I cannot use other samsung chargers on this phone as it always warns "slow charging only use charger that came with phone"... how am I to do that if the charger that came with the phone was faulty from the get go. This is only going to further damage the phone. I am now expected to purchase a new charger myself and Vodacom takes no responsibility of the faulty charger they provided. No apology, no explanation, nothing. I am just told Vodacom will not replace the charger and I must be happy with that. This is very disappointing and unfair. Considering that we have atleast 5 different contracts with Vodacom, this is a very poor way to treat loyal customers.
