Vodacom taking my money first thing in 2019

I accepted a contract for a laptop and wi fi router when I received a telesales call from Vodacom months back .I then had requested that they cancel the contract and then later when they came to collect the package I informed them I was keeping the laptop. The job I was waiting on didn't come through and I contacted Vodacom again and requested to cancel stating I was not working . Eventually after numerous attempts I had the cancellation processed by one of they consultants .I was told that the cancellation was processed, that there would be no penalty or costs and that the courier company would contact me to collect the package. Its been over a month and no person has contacted me .Today my normal debit order with Vodacom went off with an extra amount of R 500 .I want this courier company to contact me and collect this package and my money refunded as I have the recording stating everything was cancelled and I will have to pay no penalties .On top of it all it is the begging of January and I am unemployed for the last 12 months and I have a debit order of an amount of R 500 more than my usual debit order going off .The extra amount that went off was even more than the contract amount of the contract .Vodacom please arrange for this package to be collected and my money refunded as this box has just been laying here for almost two months .I am unemployed at the moment and was unemployed at the time the contract was sold to me .The job offer at the time did not come through and I cannot afford this payment.I have the recording of the call stating the contract would be cancelled and the package would be collected and can email it to your offices .

To whom it may concern,I was contacted by the call centre who sold me the contract .I did the cancellation through Vodacom directly and it is Vodacom that needs to fix this not the company who sold me the contract .Regards
