Vodacom taking my money.

<p>So it is Vodacom again taking money from my bank account, a additional debit order of over R200 went off my account on the 3rd of November after i have paid my monthly instalment and a month after I took a new contract with Vodacom. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I have reported the issue and was promised a service call was logged because the consultant stated clearly that she can see on my account they have harged me twice for activations. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I have received this sms 2 days ago....</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Dear Customer, please be advised that we are attending to your query. </p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards, Vodacom Customer Care Jabulisile Mtsweni.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>And nothing was done, i cant reverse the debit order because it will reflect bad on my name and credit score. What the hell is going on with Vodacom why are you taking money from customers as you feel like and then customers should just accept it or just be fine with waiting for feedback?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>They have done the same to my mother in law and she is also still waiting for her refund, the public needs to be aware of this.
