Vodacom taking money not owed to them

<p>3 months ago I brought my cell phone contract out from Vodacom via the cell c buy out option. All the necessary paperwork was sent after I went in to a customer service centre. Ever since then they are still deducting the contract fee from my account. When I tried to explain to them that my number had already been moved and I've been with cell c for 3 months now, they came up with all kinds of different costs that they were still charging me for. Why would I still need to pay these charges if I'm not with them anymore? Then of course no one answers their phones but they're quick to phone you when you reverse the money taken from you. </p>
