Vodacom taking me for a ride

I’m livid, got an sms this morning indicating that Vodacom has upgraded one of my numbers without my consent and the scariest part is that there’s apparently a device that has been issued, to whom I wish I knew, and now I have supposedly been contracted to pay R1800 for 3 years, mind you this has been done in KZN, this information I got after calling customer care line and I’m based in Gauteng, I’m besides myself right now and this resolved as in yesterday, ***** is becoming the in thing in South Africa now
