Vodacom - taking incompetence and poor customer service to new heights (or lows??)

After numerous complaints with incorrect data charges since January, I went onto prepaid on the 30th of April - even this process took numerous calls from the 29th as it had not been done. Due to a "technical problem" on Vodacom's side, the contract department says I am on prepaid, and the prepaid department says I am on contract - leaving neither able to help me. I keep getting a message about a "CUR lookup mismatch" - which no one at their stores or the call center can tell me what it means. My account was also handed over to their legal department - when I called legal, they said their was no reason for it, and released it immediately. This has left me in the wasteland of Vodacom's incompetence with NO internet, NO Whatsapp, NO GPS, and NO email for the last 6 days. I have spent so much time on the phone to them in the last 6 days, that I got the following message when I called this morning: "Sorry, you have exceeded your monthly access limit to the call center for this month. Please call again on the 2nd of next month. Alternatively, call *** during normal office hours. This call be charged for at normal rates. Or email us on...." For the record, today is the 5th - that means I have spent so many hours trying to get connected that i have blown my "budget" for the whole month already!!! Have you ever? I spend HOURS on the phone trying to sort out THEIR mistakes, and this is the message I get? PS: I have been asking nicely, begging, pleading and fighting with Vodacom since January about incorrect data charges that were accumulated every time due to their systems being off line and them being unable to load data, which lead to out-of-bundle data charges. Every time they gave me 1 GIG of data (and proceeded to close the query as handled), but I never got any refunds for their incorrect charges. Vodacom, you still owe me about R450 for these charges!!
