Vodacom taking customer money for non existant fibre
Vodacom has deducted money from my account claiming its a "combined" invoice for Fibre and cell contract. I wrote a review in October complaining about the very same non existant Fibre they claim to have installed and they initiated a cancelation. Now in November vodacom decided to debit my account for the very same non existant Fibre. I have tried to cancel this through going to the Voda shop, call center and even wrote to their CEO Shameel but I have not received any assistance except for a reference number. My bill for this month says R2200, also for Fibre I do not have. What must I do for vodacom to take me out of their system and refund me my money?
