Vodacom taking airtime from Elderly people

The problem we raised last month has not been resolved Again they debited my airtime for another R99.00 even thought i cancelled my subs I cancelled my prepaid contract for R99 for 5g of data . Vodacom was going to refund us for the data . Now they again debited my airtime balance for another R99.00 , now Vodacom owes us two more months if data . Last months credit and todays one the took . This is becoming ********, month on month Vodacom is taking our airtime. Outstanding from Vodacom is two more months of data May and June and they much cancel our recurring subs We paid R100 to purchase 240 minutes and R10 for 20 sms .
