vodacom taking advantage of the elderly

My mother has been with Vodacom for about 10 years. A consultant phoned my mom and offered her a 'FREE' phone as a loyalty gift. First he wanted her to give her ID number and she refused but assured her that she will not be billed for the phone becuase its 'FREE'. THAT was a lie!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They deducted here account!! Now she must call and run around trying to get her money back. She didnt want the phone but the consultant insisted that it was 'FREE' and that Vodacom was offering all their loyal customers these 'FREE' phones.

The consultants are manupulating our parents to increase their sales. SHAME ON YOU VODACOM.

I have been with you for over 10 years and now i am seriously reconsidering my stay with you.
