Vodacom taking advantage of the elderly.
My mother took a phone into vodacom shop early february 2015 and was attended to by Mosetsanagape Mothlabi. The mentioned consultant took the phone and gave back the sim card, battery and pouch to my mother. She however did not issue her with a receipt saying it is not necessary.

My mother has since been making multiple trips to the branch to collect the phone but never receives it. The consultants say they want a receipt ( which was not issued to begin with). Furthermore Mosetsanagape Mothlabi is said to have transfered to another branch. The remaining consultants includiung the store manager are rude and not helpful. on sunday (19.07.15) i went to the store with my mother to find out what the problem is. I was asked to call the following day on *** to get progress as the manager investigates. I have to this minute made 8 calls to the number no one picks up. This business/branch is clearly ran like a tuck-shop at the expense of the defenseless elderly. This back and forth has been going on for too long and shows no interest in customer service. I need the phone returned to my mother ( repaired or not). I further intend to migrate myself and my mom from vodacom!!
